The Green 245 is a specialized tractor-operated machine designed exclusively for maize. It performs both shelling and dehusking in a single operation, eliminating the need to remove the cob cover before threshing.
Powered by the PTO of tractors with 40 HP and above, the Green 245 ensures efficient operation while minimizing grain damage. The machine preserves the grain tips, making the output suitable for seed purposes. Tested and certified by a Government of India approved institution under the Department of Agriculture.

- Green 245 is a specialized machine which does the both works of sheller & dehusker for Maize crop alone
- Maize can be threshed without peeling the Cob cover
- Green 245 can be coupled to the PTO of any Tractor with minimum of 40 HP
- Green 245 does not damage the tips of grains and hence the threshed grains are suitable for use as seeds
- The Input rate of Maize crop was recorded as 4242 Kg/h and the grain Output* rate was recorded as 3390 Kg/h.
- Green 245 is Highly safe designed for the workers and is an easy maintenance machine.
- Green 245 is tested and certified by Indian Govt. Approved Institution under Dept. of Agriculture & Govt. Of India.
Note : *Output capacity, Threshing Efficiency & Cleaning Efficiency of the machine will vary with respect to length of crop, feeding rate, grain moisture content, straw moisture content, cracked grain and insect damaged grain, Thresher rotor speed, Blower speed, Shaker speed, Tractor engine condition, Quality of the harvested crop, yield of the harvested crop and No. of Manpower.
